I have noticed it as well. I can't even get a difference between the NA servers and the rest. Usually I get better connections on the Asian side but no difference for me. Been trying to farm some materials and such and it is making it very dificult. a 10-15 second lag is something I have never had in fours years playing and it makes the game unplayable.

Yeah seems like after they "worked" on the servers I have been getting awful lag... Around 11:45-12pm and afterwords the lag is so bad I cannot even play.

There's another thread on this somewhere,.. been laggy for awhile. Disconnected/reconnected several times in Tombs yesterday, worst day yet. Tracert shows I'm still connected and ping is ok. Ingame indicator shows different though. Used to hardly ever have this issue.

The lag was terrible for me last night. I had several second lag-spikes, and eventually it started turning into full disconnects. By the end my avg ping was hovering around 5000ms, and I packed it in. I have not seen lag like this since one of the Wintersday events a few years back. Hopefully they get it working better today.

Oddly enough I have been experiencing an unusual amount of lag. That and I've been kicked off five or six times in the last 24 hours for no reason. Never had either problem before.

It was a little different for me and my guildies, last night.

The Lag was more like a chronic DC that would hit us every 15-20 minutes. It made Slaver's impossible to play.

We apologize about the two incidents last night that cause players to experience lag or get dropped from the game. There were two issues that happened last night: the first was a networking issue related to an ISP doing network maintenance, which caused a few players to be dropped. The second issue was a drop associated with the bug fix that was pushed live last night.

Currently, our network team reports no additional issues related to those two drops last night.

Our whole team just lagged out (007) doing Dunes of Despair. Ghostly hero died and mission failed.

I've been completing HM missions with H/H today and I've been disconnected in the middle of a mission 4 times. I love wasting time!

Oddly enough, I haven't been lagging (or at least not too noticeably), and I was playing from about 8.30 pm - 12 midnight GMT + 8?

Odd, because normally I lag very badly after each update.

Guildie and I both repetitively froze and disconnected after the update. Thankfully no Err7's, but I didn't feel comfortable doing anything involving a prolonged adventure out of town.

I've been having unusually bad ping as of the last week or two, usually starting at about 11:00pm central time. And when I say bad, I mean I set a new personal record a few days ago during Gate of Desolation:

Had it horribly earlier today, was in tarnished haven, ended up taking me nearly 10 minutes and 6 freeze ups to get across the town so I gave up and logged out.

Also a friend of mine has been hit very bad this past week getting err7 within a half hour of play consistantly and sometimes being unable to reconnect to the servers to even log in again.

sooo what about the other incidents? there weren't just 2 times shitlag has struck. it's been happening well over a week or 2 for myself and others i play with (evening-night CST, ad's, eu eng/rus/pol, int's). and no, it's not from our side, it's a gw issue.

on a side note, i have found it funny that in the last 3 or 4 days i've seen my average ping raise from ~100 to ~300 in any explorable. and a LOT more red pings/disconnects/random err7's. so basically now i'm living in the orange everywhere.

will this be addressed or fixed? or is there simply not enough income coming in to maintain quality servers?

the lag has been getting worst for a few weeks now - last night was the worst for me though - i got 007 6 times and was only able to recon once... (one was more than half way through ursan HM and I was the tank....)

i quit playing after that - no telling how many times it would have happened
